At Sisserou's, we're more than a restaurant, we're a sister-and-brother team sharing the flavors of our roots. Our parents came to the U.S. from the lush island of Dominica, and we grew up surrounded by the vibrant food, music, and spirit of the Caribbean. That love for our culture, especially its cuisine, became the heartbeat of Sisserou’s.
With a passion for creating dishes that honor our heritage, Chef Eben brings his culinary vision to life in every plate, a dedication that earned him a James Beard nomination and continues to shape the bold, soulful flavors we’re known for. Every dish is made fresh from scratch, with ingredients and recipes that reflect our island upbringing and our commitment to quality.
